Forest School
An inspirational environment in which to educate young minds
Seaford College is privileged to be situated in over 450 acres of listed Parkland in an area of outstanding natural beauty in one of the most stunning settings in the English countryside: The South Downs National Park.
Forest School is a learning programme which is delivered in our amazing grounds by our own staff who have been specifically trained as Level 3 qualified practitioners.
The concepts of Forest School are based on theories of learning, teaching and child development which fit comfortably alongside our own teaching and learning strategies. The sessions that children will participate in are designed to complement learning within the Prep School Curriculum. Forest School is a hands-on approach which develops a range of skills and knowledge.
The outdoors provides an inclusive and stimulating environment.
