Continuous Intelligence brings together real-time
analytics and business operations to recommend actions
for business scenarios. It uses both historical and current
data to provide decision-making support. This can also be
used for monitoring and optimizing scheduling decisions
as well as improving customer support. With the exponential growth in the data
being collected, along with cloud and advanced transmission software, such
systems can be implemented with minimal to no problem on a much larger scale.
According to Gartner, more than 50% of the new business systems will be using
this by 2022.

Use of Data Analytics to fight climate change.

According to a recent study by NASA Technical Reports Server
(NTRS), data can be leveraged and analyzed to formulate
solutions against climate change. The real challenge is actually
understanding the implications of the vast datasets and using
the correct computational resources to build and employ
effective solutions. As per Forbes, organizations can reduce
their carbon footprint by using sensors to track their emissions or IoT sensors to
monitor waste and energy consumption.
