Update

Omega Alumni,

he positive momentum for the
TOmega Chapter continues! The
actives completed another success-
ful school year filled with academic
and extracurricular successes. I have been impressed
with the leadership of their exec board; the chapter
is in good hands!
Preparation for the renovation project for the
chapter house continues to move forward. Through
the hard work of OTA and other alumni volunteers,
we have finalized the scope and design of the
renovation. We are excited to reveal two renderings
shown on the right representing a glimpse into the
future of our Omega Chapters house!
We are working with our architects and 3 gen-
eral contractors to prepare for project bidding in the Front view
coming months. We are on track to break ground
in mid-December after the fall semester concludes,
with a target project completion date of early August
for the start of the fall 2017 semester.
Please mark your calendars for Homecoming
weekend! Friday, October 28, OTA and the Steering
Committee will be hosting a campaign kick-off event
at Monday Night Brewing, a brewery near campus.
We have rented out the entire facility for an evening
of networking and to officially kick off the public phase
of our capital campaign. It is our hope that you can
attend, along with the Homecoming football game the
following Saturday against Duke (October 29).
