The Design Team’s tasks go beyond just making the plan. The team
will develop strategies for phased implementation and gradual transition
over time. The plan will also provide the basis for a major fundraising
campaign strategy to make our dreams into reality and build excitement
around the Zoo.
Even before the Master Plan is finalized, we’ve already begun
implementing it. The first phase of the campaign will include the building
of Tropical Forests and other smaller habitats that have been planned in
tandem with the Master Plan. This is just the beginning of many thrilling
changes to come!
