Jury Duty
Team Members summoned for jury duty are granted an unpaid leave in order to serve.
Exempt Team Members may be provided time off with pay when necessary to comply with state and federal wage and hour laws.
We reserve the right to request proof of jury service issued by the Court upon return.
Make arrangements with the Program Director as soon as you receive your summons.
When permitted by state law, we expect you to return to your job if you are excused from jury duty during your regular working hours.
Voting Leave
Our organization believes that every Team Member should have the opportunity to vote in any state or federal election, general primary or special primary. Team Members who are scheduled to work during an election or primary will be granted reasonable time off without loss of pay to appear at the Team Member's polling place, cast a ballot, and return to work on the date of the election. We reserve the right to select the hours you are excused to vote.
Notify the Program Director of the need for voting leave as soon as possible. When you return from voting leave, you must present a voter’s receipt to the Program Director as soon as possible.
