If the organization is a subject of the content you are creating, be clear and open about the fact that you are a Team Member and make it clear that your views do not represent those of the organization. It is best to include a statement such as “The postings on this site are my own and do not necessarily reflect the views of the organization.” You must refrain from using social media while on working time, unless authorized by the organization.
Team Members are encouraged to report violations of this policy. The organization prohibits retaliation against any Team Member for reporting a possible deviation from this policy or for cooperating in an investigation.
Where applicable, the organization complies with state laws concerning access to a Team Member's personal social networking account, including restrictions concerning employer requests for a Team Member's username and/or password.
Never post or send pictures of our Service Partners.
Nothing in this policy is designed to limit a Team Member's right under Section 7 of the National Labor Relations Act, including discussing wages or other terms of employment.
