Security of Electronic Devices
Each Team Member provided with a laptop computer, iPad, iPhone, smart phone, tablet or similar device is responsible for the physical security of that device. All devices acquired for or on behalf of the organization are organization property. The device must be locked up and stored in a secure location when it is not in the immediate possession of the authorized user. In addition, the user must return the device immediately upon request of the organization. You must notify the operations specialist immediately if the device is lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged. All work created or performed on the device is organization property. The device is subject to inspection by the organization at any time without further advance notice. The device must be used in a manner that complies with all organization policies including the Acceptable Use of Electronic Communications, Equal Employment Opportunity, No Harassment, Confidentiality of Service Partner Matters, Care of Service Partner Records and Protecting Organization Information.
Violations of this policy may be grounds for disciplinary action up to and including discharge.
Dress Policy
Team Members are expected to maintain the highest standards of personal cleanliness and present a neat, professional appearance at all times.
