actions. The properly-attired individual helps to create a favorable image for the organization, to the public and fellow Team Members.
Acceptable professional appearance is an ongoing requirement of employment with our organization. Any questions about the organization’s guidelines for attire should be discussed with the Program Director.
Any Team Member who does not meet the dress or grooming standards set by the company will be subject to corrective action and may be asked to leave to change clothing. Non Exempt Team Members will not be compensated for any work time missed because of failure to comply with designated workplace dress policy and/or grooming standards.
Although our organization favors a casual professional dress policy, Team Members are still expected to present a neat appearance and are not permitted to wear clothing that is suggestive: i.e. tight, revealing or otherwise workplace-inappropriate dress is not permitted.
