If Minutes Were Money
“Money is the root of all evil.” Yet, we chase it, we want it,
we crave it --
wasting our time calculating the best ways to spend it or save it.
But what if minutes were money paid in dividends since birth? Would we take the time to realize then their value and their worth?
If each minute were a dollar, would we prudently invest, “spending” time on what matters, and realizing how we’re blessed?
You use them or you lose them; there is no method of retention. You can’t save them for tomorrow in a retirement or pension.
No one would know their wealth
if measured by time itself.
I wouldn’t know how much you have, or what I’ve been given, myself.
Some would be richer than others and yet, we would never know who. Today, I could run out of minutes and tomorrow, it could be you.
Just ask yourself this question,
for the distinction is perfectly clear: Would you plead
for more time
or more money
when it’s your turn to reach the “cashier”?
