The following are just a handful of real-life quotes from various ‘YouTube’ channels:
“If you want to lose weight, then count your calories. It’s simple thermodynamics.”
“Train six times a week, lift heavy and eat fish with green vegetables!”
“Eat every three hours and do HIIT 4 times a week! This will burn up to 20% body fat in six months.”
“Eat whatever you want between 12 pm and 6 pm and fast from 6 pm to 12 pm.”
“Cut out the dairy, that’s what’s making you gain belly fat.”
“If you don’t eat enough meat and eggs, you won’t have enough testosterone! That’s bad!”
“If you want to lose weight, then go vegan. It’s as simple as that!”
“Meat is pumped full of antibiotics and pesticides, and will eventually kill you!”
“Stay away from soy! It kills your testosterone and makes you fat”
“Eat lots of soy; it’s an essential protein source”
“Lift heavy three days a week and don’t eat for two days a week”
“Avoid lifting heavy weights. You’ll become stronger, but you’ll also become fatter around the waist. Instead, do eight thirty-second sprints every day and watch that fat melt away”
