Enhanced detailing – floor and roof

          Instance properties for floors

When the finished floor is selected, you see
          following

          Properties:
          Level:
Here you can see which Level, floor top finish is
          constrained to.
          Height Offset From Level:

The floor top finish can be moved up/down
          compared to Level.

          Room Bounding:
Forms the boundary for the calculation of areas
          and volumes.
          Structural:
Specifies whether the floor must be included in the
analytical model – only relevant, if it is to be used
for the load calculation in Revit Structure.

          Dimensions:
Please note that the Slope can only be entered if
one, and only one of the sides is defined to have a
slope. This is done on the Option Bar with Define
          Slope.
          Phasing:
You can assign phases in construction.
