Moving the Line Description

5. Verify that the Line Descr field is displayed on the ChartFields tab.
View the EU_AR_DEPOSIT_BY_DATE_CHRTFLD Query
Once the deposit has been completed and posted, you can run a query to verify the deposit.
1. Open the Query Viewer and search for
the
1 EU_AR_DEPOSIT_BY_DATE_CHRTFLD
query.
2. Click Run to Excel.

3. Enter the query parameters.
From Journal Date and To Journal Date are
3 required.
You can leave the other fields blank to see all
deposits for the date range.
4. Click the View Results button.
Depending on your browser, you will be given a
prompt or a button to open or save the file.
Open the Excel file.
5. View the Line Description in the
4 report.
