Mass Add/Change Assignments
The Departments Added page displays with the changes that were made. The Effective Date will always default to the current date.
11. Repeat steps 7-9 once done with corrections.

pages.
Project Mass Add
The Add Project Administrators page displays. Effective date defaults to current date and Business Unit defaults to GRANT.
1. Enter the Business Unit for the related project being added
2. Enter the new Project to which an assignment needs to be made.
3. Enter the User ID of the employee who will be assigned to the new project.
4. Select the appropriate Administrator Role for the new assignment.
5. Enter the Priority value (1-5) for the assignment indicating order of contact.
6. Click the Plus sign to add a new row. The Business Unit and User ID from the previous row will copy to the new
row.
