Remove pedestal, counter- or wall-mounted lavatory. Turn off water. Disconnect hot and cold
supply lines from the wall valves. Unscrew trap plug to the drain. Disconnect trap unions. Remove trap.
Remove basin retaining screws or wall hangers. Remove wash basin.
