Concrete Flatwork
Most concrete work on home improvement jobs will be slabs such as sidewalks, driveways and floors.
All concrete flatwork requires fine grading, edge forms, concrete pouring, and finishing.
4" thick concrete slab. Typical cost for a 100-square-foot slab, based on costs in this chapter. Use the
figures that follow to adjust for other conditions: grading, base, forms, concrete thickness, concrete mix
characteristics and finishing.
