As we near the end of 2019 and look back at the past 12 months, we
should be thankful for all what we were able to accomplish as a Team
and for the blessings that came our way throughout the year.

This was an incredible year filled with record breaking repeats and
achievements all made possible by your dedication to improve our per-
formances and your passion to better serve our guests (both internal
and external).

From improved Medallia scores and well-deserved awards to the suc-
cessful passing of all four (4) audits, you once again demonstrated
how working together as a Team inevitably leads to success!
