Dear AHATA Excellence Award Judges,

It is with great pleasure that I write to endorse Mrs. Rufina Orman for the 2019

AHATA Excellence Award.

Rufina is an integral part of the Accounting Department. She is sought for
and admired by many within the resort. Rufina is the go-to person regarding

anything that has to do with administration in her department.

Her dedication and loyalty to her position is visible in everything that she does.
From keeping accurate records to assisting her internal customers in the most

courteous manner to effective cash handling and processing of transactions.

Rufina is very detailed in her work and attentive to her colleagues; in her
department as well as throughout rest of the resort.

Rufina is an exemplary associate and our Associate of the Year 2018. She is

very deserving of the prestigious AHATA Excellence Award. I therefore hope her
nomination is taken into serious consideration.
