Accounting Office of La Cabana Beach & Casino for the AHATA’S 2019 excellence Award.
As Rufina’s direct manager, I’ve worked closely with her over the past two and a halve years.
Rufina showed excellent communication skills and is always professional and polite.

Rufina brought great value to La Cabana Beach & Casino by consistently exceeding
expectations of the job she performed. Rufina started with La Cabana seventeen years ago as
an account receivable clerk and climb her way up to Administrative Assistant position.

Rufina always gives her best efforts when needed, has a positive body language and is a
team player, she provides personalized service to those she deals with and always brings up a
positive way to improve her task She is very detailed and accurate in her daily tasks.

Rufina has proven to be an excellent employee, always ready to lend a helping hand to her
teammates. Rufina also replaces our General Cashier when on vacation very effectively and
make sure she completes all her tasks well.

the category of Employee of the year.
