Housekeeping Week

During the week of September 9 , La Cabana celebrated the
th
housekeeping team during Housekeeping Week. Every year, the

housekeeping departments from around the world are given one week

of recognition for their tremendous and dedicated work in keeping La
Cabana running in tip top shape. These amazing and strong men and

woman are one of the main reasons why La Cabana is held to a high

standard for their continuous consistency and work ethic.

Housekeeping week was filled with many fun activities ranging from an
early morning party session in the housekeeping office by DJ Ito who

played lively music for our fellow housekeeping superheroes. The

housekeeping department also enjoyed other events such as Zumba

classes, a wonderful BBQ session at the reef and a plated 3 course

lunch served by the management team of La Cabana.

During their delicious plated dinner, our Assistant General Manager,

Ms. Jessica Franken gave a wonderful and heartfelt speech thanking

the Housekeeping Department for all their hard work and dedication
throughout the year and continuously exceeding expectations in

meeting the guests needs and contributing to Creating Memorable

Vacations together with the La Cabana Family.
