正青春

茶树露水完全蒸发，茶农才开始一天的忙碌。此行
的第一个任务：采茶，我们也体验了一回“茶农”，
深浅翼翼地穿行在野生丛林间，擦身而过的百年千
年古茶树，用手触摸岁月的痕迹，登高远眺，轻闭
双眼，深深地嗅一口满是山野气息包裹着的阵阵茶
香，用心去感受这大自然的美妙和神奇，此刻，多
想时间停滞，亦或是，就留在忙麓山，做一个茶
农，日日身处山中，时时沐浴茶香。

“Standing at the top of a hill, I overlooked
at the mountains near the end of the sky-
-the mountains hid in the clouds and frog.
Touching a tea plant near me, the tea leaves
were cleaned by the morning water droplets.
The nature render us a portray that even the
best painter has no ability to finish drawing. In
this piece of land, living with a group of people
enjoying and loving their austere life and a
type of people who indulge in Puer tea. I stared
at these tea plants which were old enough to

野生古茶树古法采茶

“第二天早晨，锅炉底下生火，即使没有电也能够
循着古法制茶。将早已自然风干两三日的茶叶倒入
一个大锅中，茶叶中残留的水分在高温的作用下
蒸发，茶叶在人工不停地翻动下，逐渐由青绿色变
深，脱水成细长的茶叶毛料，炒制后的茶叶将茶香
散发的淋漓尽致。最后将毛料放入晾晒台自然曝
晒。一个完整的普洱茶生茶饼的制作要经历摊晾，
同学们在村长指导下炒茶
炒制，晒干，压制等工序，倘若是熟茶还要进行人
工渥堆发酵等工艺。” （节选自 H 同学昔归之行
