茶树露水完全蒸发,茶农才开始一天的忙碌。此行
的第一个任务:采茶,我们也体验了一回“茶农”,
深浅翼翼地穿行在野生丛林间,擦身而过的百年千
年古茶树,用手触摸岁月的痕迹,登高远眺,轻闭
双眼,深深地嗅一口满是山野气息包裹着的阵阵茶
香,用心去感受这大自然的美妙和神奇,此刻,多
想时间停滞,亦或是,就留在忙麓山,做一个茶
农,日日身处山中,时时沐浴茶香。

Touching a tea plant near me, the tea leaves
were cleaned by the morning water droplets.
The nature render us a portray that even the
best painter has no ability to finish drawing. In
this piece of land, living with a group of people
enjoying and loving their austere life and a
type of people who indulge in Puer tea. I stared
at these tea plants which were old enough to

野生古茶树古法采茶
“第二天早晨,锅炉底下生火,即使没有电也能够
循着古法制茶。将早已自然风干两三日的茶叶倒入
一个大锅中,茶叶中残留的水分在高温的作用下
蒸发,茶叶在人工不停地翻动下,逐渐由青绿色变
深,脱水成细长的茶叶毛料,炒制后的茶叶将茶香
散发的淋漓尽致。最后将毛料放入晾晒台自然曝
晒。一个完整的普洱茶生茶饼的制作要经历摊晾,
同学们在村长指导下炒茶
炒制,晒干,压制等工序,倘若是熟茶还要进行人
