                                                  I MONITOR THE FIT-OUT, RECONFIGURATION OR RELOCATION OF VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS WITHIN THE SITE.  I HAVE INTRODUCED NEW WAYS OF

                                                  I PROVIDE ADVICE ON SPACE UTILISATION AND STRATEGIC CAPACITY PLANNING AND STANDARDISATION FOR THE SITE.  HELPING TO SET DESIGN
                                                  & FURNITURE STANDARDS FOLLOWING US & UK BENCHMARKING STANDARDS AND INDUSTRY BEST PRACTICE.  THIS ALSO HELPS REDUCE THE
                                                  NEED TO HOLD COSTLY FURNITURE STOCK.


                                                  I WORK WITH SENIOR MANAGERS/STAKEHOLDERS TO UNDERSTAND THEIR BUSINESS NEEDS, THE WORK THEIR DEPT. DOES AND THEN DEVELOP
                                                  DESIGN IDEAS FOR EFFECTIVE USE OF THE SPACE AVAILABLE AND WAYS TO IMPROVE THE OVERALL QUALITY OF THE WORKING ENVIRONMENT.
                                                  INFORMING, INVOLVING AND THEN GUIDING THE USERS OF THE SPACE TO FACILITATE THE CORRECT SET UP FOR THEIR AREA/BUSINESS.


                                                  I HAVE WORKED AROUND A MIXTURE OF OLD AND NEW BUILDINGS WITH HIGH PANEL CUBICLES AND CELLULAR OFFICES.  I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO
                                                  PLAN NEW WAYS TO USE THE EXISTING SPACE IN THE BUILDINGS, THEREBY HELPING TO INCREASE THE DESK SPACE AVAILABLE AS HEADCOUNT
                                                  INCREASED OVER THE YEARS, ENABLING STAFF TO WORK IN A MORE STIMULATING AND ERGONOMIC ENVIRONMENT.  I TRY TO KEEP CHANGES
                                                  MINIMAL AND COST EFFICIENT BUT INCORPORATING THE COLLABORATIVE/BREAK OUT SPACES AND STUDY AREAS NEEDED WITHIN AN EFFECTIVE
                                                  OPEN PLAN WORKING ENVIRONMENT.


                                                  I AM CURRENTLY WORKING ON STRATEGIC SPACE PLANNING TO FREE UP ONE BUILDING ON THE WINDLESHAM SITE TO ACCOMMODATE THE
                                                  PROPOSED RELOCATION OF EXTERNAL GROUPS THAT WILL COME TO THE WINDLESHAM SITE IN THE NEAR AND LONG TERM.  THIS INVOLVES
                                                  WORKING OUT A NUMBER OF SCENARIOS OR ‘FITS’ TO SEE WHERE DIFFERENT GROUPS CAN BE ACCOMMODATED DEPENDING ON EITHER THEIR
                                                  BUSINESS ADJACENCIES OR THE TYPE OF WORK (CONCENTRATIVE/COLLABORATIVE) THAT THEY DO.


                                                  I ALSO PROVIDE INTERIOR DESIGN SOLUTIONS FOR OFFICE AREAS AND I AM THE PRIMARY CONTACT FOR THE DAY-TO-DAY SPACE PLANNING
                                                    AND WORKPLACE NEEDS.
