Shows Great Danes and a Chinese Crested
Powderpuff and is from County Wexford.
“While in quarantine I have been focused on
my fitness, such as going for walks and running
every second day and practicing my favourite
sport, Camogie. I have also been helping my
Mam with our four Great Danes and practicing
my handling skills. I cannot wait until the shows
reopen to show what I have practiced. I have also
been completing the homework assigned by my
school and helping around the house with doing
my household chores. I am really looking forward
to seeing all my Junior Handling friends again!
Until then, everyone stay safe and hug your
precious pooches!”
While the prospect of a summer with no dog
shows seems grim to some of us, I think we
should all focus on the positives and make the
most of every second we can spend training and
playing with our dogs (and cats!) and look forward
to the time we will all spend together at shows
when everything goes back to normal! Hopefully
pretty soon!
Most importantly, please stay safe and keep
smiling!
Bye for now,
Emer
