SECTION 1
Shipment Process
1. Order placed by MGH, copy to Skyways Cargo
2. Order confirmed by manufacturer copy to Skyways Cargo
3. Manufacturer provides information required under Section 2.
4. Manufacturer provides information required under Section 3.
5. Upon receipt of information under Sections 2 and 3, the information will be verified by H M Customs and the Port Health Authority respectively.
6. On approval by UK authorities, Skyways Cargo will book the shipment and advise the respective manufacturers accordingly.
7. In addition to the documents required under Sections 2 and 3, each manufacturer will be required to complete an ATR1 and email an original to Skyways Cargo.
8. Soon after the shipment is loaded into the container the manufacturer will courier the original documentation detailed below to Skyways Cargo.
•Original invoices and packing lists
•Original ATR1
• Original document showing the information in Section 2. • Original document showing the information in Section 3.
