Ingredients
1(28 oz) can whole tomatoes 1fresh jalopeno pepper 1fresh yellow hot pepper
1 ( 7 oz) can diced green chilies 1-1/2 Tbls fresh minced cilantro 2 slices A4Wonion
1-1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp minced garlic 1/4 tsp ground cumin

Preparation
1. Drain the liquid from the tomatoes and reserve.
2. C h o p the tomatoes into small pieces in a blender, DON'T
looking for chunky! Pour into a medium size bowl and add the reserved
3. Place peppers and onions into the blender and pulse until chilies are finely minced. Transfer
peppers and onions into the tomatoes and

5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate several hours or overnight so the flavors will marry.
It took me a while to perfect this....This is damn good salsal!
Whole tomatoes retain more flavor than diced
