Where Else? Hunger Drives Us All

I am the earth, Hunger drives us all.
I am your home, We as humans began to innovate so that we could feed ourselves.
I am your last hope, We made tools to hunt, discovered fire to cook.
Where else can you go? And built farms to breed animals.
Don’t destroy me, Today food is something most of us don’t need to worry about,
Forgive me, Something that we don’t have to work for,
I will forgive you. But what about those who do?
Treat me with love, What about those that starve every day while the rest of us waste
Treat me with care. the majority of our food?
Don’t litter me plastic, Hunger drives us all.
Don’t intoxicate me with pollution,
I am your last hope, Agastya Mitra

Their hearts are torn.
When there’s no food to eat.
Peace And Happiness No asylum nor heat.
No food nor meat.
The bed of flowers, The best anyone can hope for at this point is to stand by.
Like positive quotes to nerves. It was not written in their destiny
The beautiful drizzling of cherry blossom petals, However, we’re not late.
Like enjoying peace over violence. We can get things straight.
Beautiful rays from sun shedding its light, Their life carries a weight.
The sum total of what they have is trust.
Like bringing happiness to world.

Carrying on with life far more regrettable than the ghettos isn’t
