How to Create a Market Report
The Market Report is a monthly report sent out to your clients. This report is meant to keep your clients
informed of the trends happening in their county. It includes residential real estate sales activity and
regional trends. This report includes BIG data, and is considered a macro report. A good tool to use when
keeping in touch with clients on a monthly basis.
1. Log in to MyConnect
2. From your home page, you will see the Marketing Tab in
the top tool bar
3. Select “Market Report”
4. Select
5. Fill in the Information in the next window: It will look as such..
6. To choose the market areas, select Browse
7. You can scroll through all of the available reports (1,237)
or click Search at the top of the window.
8. Once you have your desired search, select Search to be
prompted with your list of reports to choose from
