11. To get homes more specific to your clients needs, you can add more criteria to your search.

14. Select the Contact you’d like to send the report to
15. Choose the Frequency you’d like your client to receive the report
Immediately = Every time MLS updated - can be several times a day
16. Choose the Maximum Number of listings for each listings: Your decision
Important: Especially if your search is really broad, you don’t want to send your client 100
listings 5X a day
17. Copy Agent? Your Decision
18. You can now, Preview, Save & Send, or Cancel your report in the top right corner
