 There has been a coppersmiths based in Rothes, Moray, Scotland since the mid-1850s, servicing the fledgling Scotch whisky industry in Speyside. Alexander Forsyth started life
as a coppersmith in the 1890s and bought
the company in 1933, explains chairman and grandson Richard Forsyth. The company is now in its fourth generation, led by Richard Jnr, and services the industry on a global basis.

the prestigious honour of a Queen’s Award for Enterprise, International Trade,” Richard Snr said.
