 Now how about time?
I have done both morning (9am) and midday (noon) events very successfully, but if given a choice, you’ll have better attention/focus from the Realtors at 9am than you do at noon.
By noon the Realtors have gotten phone calls, emails, texts...etc from clients, appraisers, other agents, other loan officers...etc about numerous things which will distract them during the event or worse...cause them not to show.



Whereas, at 9am most of those issues have yet to happen. Just make sure to have coffee available :)
