On Thursday or Friday, or you can split this up over both days, send the Realtors a text message to see if there’s anything you can help with over the upcoming weekend.
One of the very cool things about Facebook ads is that you can upload a list of emails and cell phone numbers into their Ads Manager and run ads directly to those people...Facebook calls this a Custom Audience.
And since you should have the emails and cell phones of the Realtors you’re trying to work with, you can run ads directly to them.
Note* This only works if they either use that email to log into Facebook or have their cell number on file with Facebook (which most have their cell phones connected to Facebook since they use Facebook’s mobile app).
