 Wednesday: Social Media Post/Video
This works best with Facebook for numerous reasons but you can certainly apply this to all social media platforms you are connected with Realtors on.
In essence, you create a VALUE post/video aimed at helping Realtors in some way. For instance, maybe you do a series of posts (1x/week) on Need To Know Info on VA Loans, Keys to Strengthening a Pre-Approval, How to Get to Closing Faster...etc.
Whatever you write your post about or make your video on, make sure it’s framed in how it will benefit the Realtor (I talked about this in the section on picking the RIGHT Topic).
If you’re nervous about doing videos...do them anyway. Videos are great because people hear your voice, see you better, and feel they get to know you more...that’s HUGE for T.O.M.A.
Another point I’d like to add, one of the nice features about Facebook is that you can create a Realtor List of Friends and when you post you can set it up so ONLY the Realtors in that list will see that post. That’s a great thing to do so you KNOW Realtors are seeing the post (and they have no idea they are the only ones seeing it). If you don’t know how to create that list you can find how to do it by using Google :)
