       Monday: Calls/Email
Mondays are a solid day to touch base with Realtors. Lots of showings happened over the weekend, lots of open houses happened over the weekend, and often offers are written over the weekend.
Touching base with Realtors on Monday is a great opportunity to see if there is anything you can help them with that occurred over the weekend i.e. A buyer that went through an open house needs to be pre-approved.
To accomplish this, I recommend making phone calls and emails. I know some people who say only make phone calls and I can’t disagree with that completely but I personally like to switch things up every now and then.
The key I want you to know is whether you are making calls to the Realtors or sending emails, utilize my principle R.V.A (Rapport. Value. Ask) in how you handle the call or email.
Start your call/email with a little rapport (Examples...How was your weekend? What did you do), then provide some value (Example...Wanted to let you know about a little event coming up on Facebook ads), then ask for business (Anyone you worked with this weekend that I could help with?).
Note, even if the Realtor doesn’t have anyone for you to work with at that time it’s alright. You’re creating T.O.M.A for when they do have someone they can refer...you are on their mind.
