 Creating T.O.M.A. (Top Of Mind Awareness)
Top Of Mind Awareness is the principle I base my Stay-In- Touch Schedule after. The idea, which I briefly touched on in the intro, is plant yourself into the Realtor’s mind so that when they think about mortgages they think of you.
This is called the Reticular Activator. Have you ever bought a car and once you drove off the lot you now see the same car everywhere? It’s not that those cars weren’t driving around before, but now instead of your brain filtering that information out, it now brings it to your attention...that’s the Reticular Activator and this schedule will help you accomplish the same thing but you as THE loan officer to refer.
