Weekly follow-up/stay-in-touch schedule
Similar to how I mentioned earlier that many loan officers falsely believe that if you have a great event the business automatically follows...even more loan officers falsely believe that if you have a great 1-on-1 meeting that business will automatically follow.
It’s not that Realtors simply lied to you when they said they wanted to work together during your 1-on-1 meeting, they simply (in most cases) aren’t thinking of you when they have the chance to refer someone to you.
So your job is to make sure you are constantly on their mind so when they have a referral, they think of you.
Below is my Stay-In-Touch Schedule to accomplish this...

C. Monday: Calls/Email
D. Wednesday: Social Media Post/Video
E. Thursday/Friday: Text Messages
F. Friday through Sunday: Facebook Ad
