Utilize Facebook/Instagram
One of the easiest and best ways to create T.O.M.A is simply by interacting with Realtors on social media with Facebook still being the most common.
“Like” their posts, react to their posts, comment on their posts, send the occasional PM with a question on a listing they share...etc When you do these things they see your name and picture which is helping that T.O.M.A and at the same time you’re building a relationship with them.
And if you post on Facebook or social media, try to keep things non-controversial. You don’t want to alienate Realtors because of your personal views.
