     Thursday/Friday: Text Messages

On Thursday or Friday, or you can split this up over both days, send the Realtors a text message to see if there’s anything you can help with over the upcoming weekend.
But just like the calls/email on Monday, utilize my R.V.A. principle in the text. Doing this helps insure you’re not coming off as a greedy loan officer who only asks for business.
Here’s a simple, solid text message you could send: “Hi [first name]! (Rapport)How has your week been so far...anything new and exciting? (Value)Quick reminder about the Happy Hour I have coming up next week on Wed at 5 next week. Hope you can make it :) (Ask)Wanted to also reach out and see if you’re out showing homes with anyone this upcoming weekend that I could get pre- approved for you or provide a second opinion to?”
Hopefully you can see that is a MUCH better text to send than simply
“Hi [first name]! Anyone I can pre-approve for you for this upcoming weekend?”
Remember, you ALWAYS want to be seen as a loan officer who provides and is willing to provide VALUE to the Realtor.
