Introduction

IRSTC 2017 is known as International Research for Science, Technology and Culture 2017.
Politeknik Port Dickson with Medan Consortium known as MANUSEA propose to organize a three-
day conference and exhibition on 3rd to 5th October 2017 (Tuesday to Thursday) at Dewan
Wawasan, Politeknik Port Dickson. Theme for the Conference is “Sustainable Design and Green
Technology in the era of Personalization”. Politeknik Port Dickson will invite institutions from
IRSTC Members, APACC members, MANUSEA Consortium in Medan and Universities from
Saudia Arabia, Sudan and Korea

Meanwhile, RESPEX 2017 or Regional Student Product Exhibition 2017 is a product design

competition organized by Politeknik Port Dickson and Medan Consortium also known as
MANUSEA. The RESPEX 2017 will cover multi-disciplinary topics related to the studies of
Technical & Vocational Education including Architecture and Engineering and their environmental
implication for sustainable development: “from design to technology.” Therefore, the main theme
will be ‘SKILLED MEETS KNOWLEDGE : INNOVATION AND DISCOVERY’ Sub-Theme:
Architecture, Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical
Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Entrepreneurship, Landscape Architecture, Mechanical
Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Renewable Energy, Technical & Vocational Education,
Educational Products, Computer Multimedia, Computer Animation and Graphic Design.
