Vincent is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
and the Association for Project Management (MAPM), with nearly 35 years’
experience in Quantity Surveying and Project Management.
Vincent worked for two major contracting companies in Mauritius, prior to
incorporating V d’Unienville & Associates in 1998 to offer Quantity Surveying
services.
He embarked on post graduate studies to become a project manager in 2000 MANAGEMENT TEAM
and incorporated KEYSTONE Project Management in 2002 upon successful
completion of his studies.
His passion for construction related professions also lead him to incorporate a
Loss Adjusting Company, PolyExpert (Mauritius) in 2004. He then went further
using his nascent African experience to incorporate ARABELLA in Rwanda in
2012, offering both Project Management and Quantity Surveying services in
Vincent d’Unienville that country and the east African region.

A qualified Project Manager & Quantity Surveyor with over 25 years’ experience in UK
and Mauritius in the field of Project Management & Quantity Surveying. Santosh is a
Member of the Association for Project Management (MAPM) UK, an Associate of the
Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UK (ACIArb) and a Member of the Royal Institution of
Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
Santosh joined the company in 2002 and, together with Vincent, they established
KEYSTONE Project Management. He became shareholder and Executive Director in
2009. In 2014, Santosh took the responsibility of General Manager of D&A, sister
company of KEYSTONE.

Douglas is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and an
Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb) with over 35 years’
experience in the Construction Industry.
He worked with contractors and consultants both locally and internationally in various
senior positions before joining D&A in 2002. Douglas became Executive Director in
2008 and is responsible for the overall operations of the QS department.
