Jean Marc is a Member of the Mauritius Association

of Quantity Surveyors (MAQS), with over 30 years’
experience in the Construction Industry.

He joined D&A in 2006 and brought with him

invaluable knowledge of the construction process
having previously worked as Operations Director and

Senior Quantity Surveyor with major construction
companies. Jean Marc became a shareholder and an
Executive Director in 2008 and assists Douglas in the

day to day operations.

Parmanand is a Member of the Mauritius Association
of Quantity Surveyors (MAQS) with over 25 years’
experience in the Construction Industry working for

both contractors and consultants.

He joined D&A in 2002 and was promoted as
Associate in 2010. He moved to ARABELLA, our
sister company in Rwanda, in 2014. Parmanand
returned to Mauritius and resumed his position at
D&A since mid 2016.

Ishfaaq joined D&A in 2008, as Assistant Surveyor,
after graduating from the University Technology Mara
(UiTM) in Malaysia. During his 10 years’ experience
with D&A, Ishfaaq was involved with a wide range of

Residential, Hospitality, Leisure, Commercial and
Industrial projects.

In 2010 he was promoted to the rank of Surveyor and
continued to be involved with challenging projects
until 2013 when he was promoted to Senior Surveyor.
Ishfaaq took on more responsibilities and became
Associate in 2018.
