 Restorative Yoga - Let Go!
Restorative Yoga is a tool used to help find true relaxation. It is the art of not doing and being still that allows the mind and body to unwind and release tension. Restorative Yoga relies on the use of props and the prolonged holding of a few simple poses to achieve a deep level of relaxation.

Yoga in the Park
 FREE Outdoor Yoga class
DAY: Saturday mornings
TIME: 9:30am-10:30am
DATES: June 6 – August 22
LOCATION: Briese Park (Corner of Cedarwood Dr. & Ingalls Ave.)
Taught by Certified Yoga Instructors from Inwood Athletic Club
Please remember that participants need to bring their own mat. Class is cancelled in the event of inclement weather.
Calling all newbies and seasoned runners to join the Inwood Run Club! If you want to start running or want to train to run faster and further, join our group of supportive runners ready to motivate each other. We’ll help find you a running
partner while learning how to avoid injury, improve race times and increase distance.
Oh yeah, we have fun too!
Membership includes a discount on Joliet Park District races, weekly group runs, speed training, and more.
