Concluding Prayer: Rev.Fr. Francis P Xavier, S.J., Rector

Loving God, we thank and praise you today for being with us through the past 39 years of LIBA’s
existence. We thank you for the grace that you have showered on us these past years. We stand here
before you with a sense of pride, joy and gratitude for our successful endeavours in the cause of
management education. We thank you for giving us the opportunity of celebrating our vision of the pursuit
of excellence and ethics in education. We have come a long way in our quest to reach this vision and our
students standing here today are a reflection of this great vision.

Today, as we are gathered here together as a family, we pray in a special way for the students graduating
this evening that they may be filled with health, joy, inner peace and continued growth in their career and
life.We also pray for all those who have helped these graduates to reach this stage today - both past and
present - the Jesuits, the Administration, teachers, friends, family and other well-wishers. Bless all of them!
Give them their heart’s desire and fulfil every one of their plans. Be with them in their journey and grant
them joy and happiness in life eternal. Amen

            Concluding Hymn:

Where The Mind is Without Fear (by Rabindranath Tagore)

Where the mind is without fear and the head is held high
            Where knowledge is free
Where the world has not been broken up into fragments by narrow domestic walls
Where words come out from the depth of truth

Where tireless striving stretches its arms towards perfection
Where the clear stream of reason has not lost its way into the dreary desert sand of dead habit
Where the mind is led forward by Thee into ever-widening thought and action

Into that heaven of freedom, my Father, let my country awake (chorus)
