“Good thing you’ve got two arms and two hands,” said Tad. “If you didn’t, one of your friends would have to feed you.”
Aimi giggled. “That might be interesting,” said Grami. “I suggest each of us holds our sandwich in our left hand. That’ll be good exercise for our brains and we’ll keep Aimi company at the same time.”
Tad moved his sandwich to his left hand. “If I ever fall from a jungle gym,” he said, between bites of his plump peanut butter and jelly sandwich, “and break my right arm, I’ll already know how to eat using my left hand.”
“I hope you never fall from a jungle gym and break your arm, young man,” said Grami, smiling at him. “One broken arm is enough. Quite enough indeed!”
