“And Kiki,” said Aimi, “DJ said that when chimps are on the ground, they do knuckle-walking.”
“Do you remember what knuckle-walking is?” Grami.
“Yes, I do,” said Aimi. “Chimpanzees clench their hands and use their knuckles for support.”
“But DJ said they can walk upright on two legs, as well,” said Aimi. “They can even carry objects with their arms and hands.”
“You listened carefully,” said Grami. “Just think of all the things you can tell Tad and Toni and Conner about chimpanzees.”
