“Certainly,” said Grami. “We can go to the Galleria this very afternoon. Buying presents for your friends Tad and Toni will be an adventure.”
“Adventure, adventure,” chanted Aimi. She was so excited she clapped her hands and jumped up and down and up and down.
“Do you know what you want to buy for Tad and Toni?” asked Grami.
Aimi thought for a moment. She remembered visiting the Bird Zoo. She remembered what the zoo lady in the zoo uniform had told her. ‘People are like birds. They are all different.’
