the names and forms of this world. God is the only Reality. And that Divine Self should become your goal. Becoming attached to God is the source of endless joy. As this Upanishad teaches, an aspirant should develop the feeling that God is the reality behind all. Your bhavana or devotional feeling should overwhelm the world, stripping it of its reality. The world stands before you with its multiplicity and its turmoils. The ideal is to look at the world entirely as
an expression of the Divine Self.
Even before your intellect is able to fully
comprehend the meaning of the all-pervasiveness of God, begin exercising your bhavana. Allow your feeling to  ow towards God through your perception of everything around you. Guided by your sentiments, imagine that it is God’s radiance illumining the sun. It is His expansion permeating the sky. It is His profundity surging in the ocean. It is His melody whispering in the breeze. It is His exquisite beauty expressing in birds of the air and deer in the forest. If you have developed that type of sensitivity, then your bhavana has encompassed the world, and that magical feeling has overpowered all the discord, disharmony and chaos. The world has become Divine.
