Self. Study the teachings of Sages and Saints such as Christ, Buddha, Ramana Maharshi, Ramakrishna Paramahamsa, and others who were constant reminders of Truth.
Become an Integral Yogi—be endowed with a subtle intellect, a melting heart brimming with Cosmic Love, a giving hand, and a self-effacing spirit. See the Self in all names and forms. Gain an insight into the fact that you are not this body but the Imperishable Atman.
A lofty plan of conduct has been presented by both the Bible and Vedic literatures. The wisdom that is contained therein is the glorious heritage of all mankind. Allow that wisdom to be explored, practiced, and assimilated for the promotion of happiness, harmony, and peace in this world. As Sage Vasistha says:
He whose conduct is beautiful, whose intellect is endowed with spiritual knowledge, who is no longer attracted to the world and is free of misery—such a person ourishes like an arbor in the spring decked with the fruits and owers of long life, fame, good qualities, and prosperity.
