When they entered, however, they found everything so peaceful and serene around them that they and even their horses began to relax. They were so awed by the in uence of Buddha’s presence that they discarded their evil intent, bowed down before him and requested that they be initiated into his order.
This story illustrates the power that nonviolence exerts over others. If you become aware of that power within another person, as the princes did with Buddha, the tendency to vent even the slightest anger or hate will evaporate. You recognize the exalted and authentic love that radiates not only from that person, but also from deep within your own heart. It is a wealth beyond measure.
Seventh Commandment
Thou shalt not commit adultery.
The seventh commandment—Thou shalt not commit adultery—must be studied with a mature and objective mind. A corresponding virtue of great importance in the Yogic tradition, intrinsically related to  delity, is known in Sanskrit as brahmacharya.
