OMTR – On-train Monitoring Recorder
An On Train Monitoring Recorder (OTMR) is built-in in every vehicle head

(DMB/DMO1 and
DMOS/DMO2).

The OTMRs are independent of each other. They provide a complete record of

each state

change of all monitored signals. Data recording takes place in secure non-volatile

electronic memories with journeys of more than 8 hours duration easily accommodated.
