SASKATOON SK (CYXE): COPA flight 10.
Our annual RUST REMOVER will be held Saturday, April
14, 2018 Saskatoon Aviation Museum Hanger 5 at CYXE.
Doors open at 8 am. Presentations start 9:00 am.
Josh Hinz Chief Flight Instructor (CFI) from Apex Aviation
will talk about pilot decision making skills and review
case studies of what he’s experienced as a flight
instructor. NavCanada will present on Control Zone
Safety and representatives from FSS ( Flight Service
Specialist) will also present. Retired commerical pilot
Dorrin Wallace will be speaking about aviation lessons
learned through his career. Attendees of this COPA
approved Rust Remover will qualify for a log book sticker
showing they participated in currency training to meet
CARS 421.05. People flying in on April 13 for an
overnight stay or early on the 14 will have parking at
YXE. Visitors in cars can also park free outside Hanger 5.
