As you know, in 2019 our membership thrust headlong into the ICT sector’s global challenge to transition to digital. Digitised economies. Access at our fingertips. Greater ICT connectivity to enable advances in health care, commerce, government engagement, civic life, agriculture, scientific research, education and interpersonal relationships – are all possible through digital platforms.
But as those of us in the ICT sector fully appreciate, digital transformation is not just about new technologies, but requires an overhaul of organizational structures, governance, work processes, culture and mindset.
We know only too well that the telecommunications industry is in the midst of reshaping, as it adopts new technologies. In 2020, CANTO will continue to ensure that our Caribbean Region retains its prominence in ICT thought leadership. Our rapidly
